Responsibilities:

1. Prepare MS Project budget and be responsible for finance control of the project.
2. Implementation of MS Project delivery. Be responsible for MS Project indices such as project progress, quality and customer satisfaction. Submit service quality analysis report of MS Project delivery periodically and take necessary measures to improve the service quality.
3. Establish and manage the organization structure of MS Project delivery team, including preparing requirements of management and maintenance technical staff, build up management and maintenance teams of various levels, finance management, routine management of MS team, performance assessment of the employees, customer relation management, etc. coordinate with each relevant department and be responsible for project resource management.
4. Monitor and manage subcontractors and partners of the MS Project.
5. Be responsible for periodic communications with each relevant internal and external department and seek support and improvement suggestions.

1. Over 30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
3. Energetic and studious on his position.
4. At least 7 years work experience in telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management mode of Telecom Operators and MS operations mode of telecom equipment. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M and possess practical network O&M management experiences are preferable.
5. Possess the ability of controlling the service quality, cost, project progress and risks during project implementation and management period. Have basic knowledge of contracts, commercial, finance, etc.
6. Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member and have good coordination and organizing skills. Candidates with management experience of team above 30 people are preferable.
7. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English. Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferable.
